4. Property Listings

Brokers and agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of their property listings. Street97 does not guarantee the availability, condition, or legality of any listed property. Users should conduct their own due diligence before making any real estate decisions.

5. Payments

Subscription payments are processed through Paystack. By subscribing, you agree to Paystack's terms of service. Refund policies are subject to the specific subscription plan terms at the time of purchase.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to post fraudulent listings, harass other users, attempt to circumvent security measures, scrape data without authorization, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Street97 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes between users, property conditions, or losses arising from use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
